In 1986, DimcoGray became a 100% employee-owned company, establishing a culture of empowerment that has enhanced our reputation for superior customer service and bolstered our dedication to customer success. Since then, our facility in Centerville, Ohio, has grown to employ a staff of nearly 100 people.
