Walsoon, is a leading electronic components distributor in China, and is a fully owned subsidiary of GNS Group, China, which headquartered in Shenzhen, is a global electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider with branches in Germany, France, Poland, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Backed by self-owned PCB and PCBA factories in Shenzhen, Jiangsu, and Anhui-equipped with 33 SMT production lines-GNS delivers one-stop PCBA solutions from design to mass production. 2007

Walsoon Tech was founded. The founder Steven established his first electronic components company as a distributor.

2014

Walsoon Tech acquired SENKO GROUP in Shenzhen. Became Panasonic agent and NXP authorized IDH.

2015

GNS Group was founded in Shenzhen. Walsoon Tech was acquired by GNS Group.

2016

Walsoon Tech published the online shopping mall for components sourcing
In June , GNS Group received its first angel round investment from Radiant Capital
In June, GNS Group reached the strategic cooperation with ARROW

2017

In June, GNS Group received its pre-A round investment from Blue Power Capital
In Aug, GNS Group was awarded as the “national high-tech enterprise”
